The Easyboost piston ring pliers make it easy to replace the piston ring(s) without the risk of breaking or scratching. When fitting the ring(s) to the piston, it is very common to scratch it. The piston is usually made of an aluminium alloy, which makes it light but fragile. To overcome this problem, Easyboost has developed a special clamp for small 2-stroke engines. Thanks to its special shape, it allows a smooth insertion and removal of the ring without friction with the piston. The tool is completely machined by a CNC machine tool from high density plastic. This material was chosen so as not to damage the piston when inserting the ring. The 2 tips of the clamp allow to receive all types of rings for 2-stroke engines, from 49cc to 250cc. It is not designed for fitting rings to 4-stroke engines. It is therefore an essential tool to have in your toolbox!
