The CP is the first carburetor that has been completely developed by Polini and without a doubt one of best carburetor available. Special attention has been paid to size and weight: the carb is very compact and about 40% lighter as compared to traditional carbs. The compact design makes for a very short intake duct, which features a unique concentric design and a geometry that optimises air flow. A revised emulsion tube and a bigger needle improve the atomising of the fuel. This allows for an easier set-up and offers high performance coupled with low consumption. All CP carbs are equipped with oil feed and vacuum connection.
