RMS and Hebo clutches use the same way of adjustment, but different clutch linings. 3-shoe-clutch with the possibility to adjust spring preload. Comes with 2 sets of springs in different strengths. Strongest point is that the spring preload can be adjusted at the back of the clutch without having to take the whole clutch off the rear pulleys.
