A flywheel puller to remove the rotor of the alternator; necessary when working on the alternator or any components situated underneath and when replacing the crankshaft or changing bearings. The puller will be screwed into the threads provided in the rotor; then the centre bolt will be tightened to exert steady pressure to draw the rotor off the crankshaft. Should this not work, you can try to carefully (!) hit the centre bolt with a hammer. Different from common pullers, this version comes with 3 instead of 2 fastening bolts, which provides a slightly more even pressure when the centre bolt is tightened. Bolt distance d=38mm, external d=64mm
